...know when, where and how my home projects commence and how they are progressing, but apprehension always comes with the onset of such home projects as to "did I choose the right contractor?" This was a large project for me personally. I knew the siding I chose was of high quality and would be the best for my requirements, but I was optimistic as to how this project would proceed and especially in this horrible winter weather. From the very onset of the call to start the project from the Project Manager, Rocco, I knew I had made a good choice with Percario. Rocco walked me through every step of the project. He made me feel quite comfortable by confirming the start of the project and the confirmation of the materials being used. He made sure that he had the correct siding manufacture, the style and the color. He even came and took a piece of the roof's shingle to properly match it. he phoned me at the onset of the project and was at my home when his crew started. He kept in touch with me to give me updates on the project from the roof to the siding to the gutters to the trash removal. He was considerate to my smallest question and even open to my comment about the nails that I found along my driveway after trash removal, mentioning that: "If I didn't advise him of such, he couldn't correct it." I know this project may have been small in comparison to your average contracts, but in all aspects, it was a large undertaking for me. The professional job I knew I wanted from a contractor was actually received that statement alone is a customer's dream. The degree of professionalism that Rocco, your Project Manager, put into this project truly represents Percario the highest standard. It was a pleasant experience I am pleased with the outcome."

"You have just finished roofing and siding our big old barn of... open/close

...a building (at least 100 years old) and a wonderful job your men have done, totally professional from the beginning to end. We found you on the Internet and we were impressed by the professional, yet personal nature of your video presentation. Shortly after this we met Dominic, an appealing, sympathetic and enthusiastic salesman. His manner and excellent presentation were a major factor in choosing your company. We never learned the names of the roofing crew, but they did an amazing job in the snow and cold. Kevin was every where overseeing operation, up and down the ladders to the roof and moments later shoveling away three feet of snow on the street to make space for the dumpster. We believe he was a prime mover through out the whole job, roofing and siding and windows. The two young men that did the siding (we believe originally from Ecuador), were again excellent workmen and completed work is beautiful to see. Apart form the major work on the building we decided to have seven new windows replaced. Rob and his crew Louis and Dominio did an excellent job and we now have a more air tight space in our living and studio spaces. They were also a pleasure to work with. An unforeseen factor occurred while the windows were out which caused dust form the old roof removal work to blow into our living area. We had already been thinking about a paint job ourselves in the Spring, but then we learned that you did interior painting. We discussed it with Mike and he offered us a reduction cost, so we went ahead with it. Thank you Eugene, Percy and Brian we now feel we have moved into a new apartment. Mike, John and young Rob really worked at getting one of our skylights, which had been leaking, sealed tight and dry. Mike has been a great expeditor and always available for us. Everyone contributed to cleaning up around the building and that meant the gardens of five adjoining neighbors, its probably tidier now than when the work started. Your company seemed always to be giving more than is expected or required. We truly appreciated this and hope we have many opportunities to recommend you. Lastly, we thank you very very much for the gift of the handsome front door, beautifully installed by Vinny. Mr Percario it has been our great pleasure to have had your company and men do this work for us, thank you."
