Joe Percario's offices are centrally located in Union County, NJ. Our facility houses a SHOW ROOM and IN-HOUSE WORKSHOP. In 1972, the company purchased our OWN SUPPLY and LUMBER YARD. Joe Percario's show room contains hundreds of ROOFING, SIDING, WINDOW, STONE and MOLDING samples. You have the ability to select the color, style and quality of the different materials first hand.
You Can Visit Our Full Service Facility
Our staff does custome painting and woodworking in our in-house workshop, saving you the expense and time it would take to outsource. This also gives us the added ocntrol over the quality of the work. Joe Percario General Contracting owns its own lunber and supply store, over 100,000 sq. ft. in size. We are able to buy in bulk and share the savings with our customers. There is no delay or wait time for materials we keep in stock.

Safety is Joe PERCARIO's main concern: for our workers, for your property and for your family. Your property is cleaned and secured at the end of each work day. CLEAN-UP CREWS leave your home free of debris, obstructions and tripping hazards. Material is carted using OUR OWN DUMPSTERS.
